so nice shot, anyhow I prefer photography without Flash. I do not know the exact condition of your place but I prefer very slow shutter speed and high ISO (until the quality is not reduced) for this shot if only there was a few light for helping (too light and low one is not proper).

@Masoud Nahali: thanks Mr. Nahali! The only source of light of the place was the very moon! I didn't have the tripod and the subject there was myself! There was such a silence that I couldn't ignore my feeling to do that! That's a hard job to fix the camera! Anyway ... I mostly prefere 100 for ISO and play with the AV! ;)
